Dentistry of the Pines

"As two new parents with a toddler we are always worried about how these things will go and if we will inconvenience anyone, we were not looking forward to this visit at all. We were so pleasantly surprised when this dentistry was so accommodating to us! From the start the scheduler worked very hard to make an appointment that would work for all three of us. It is surprisingly hard to find a dentistry that will see the entire family. (It was well worth the wait!) The office staff was very cordial and made sure our insurance covered all of the procedures before hand. They did a lot of their homework before we arrived. More importantly we met Chelsea! Chelsea really made our visit. She was very understanding of our child. I am not sure if the office purposely put us with someone who worked well with kids, but it really made the visit. My daughter was so comfortable with Chelsea and she was very flexible with whatever we wanted to do. My daughter actually enjoyed it! Chelsea also did an amazing job cleaning our teeth. She was very gentle and thorough! Dr. Graves was also so surprisingly kind and kid friendly! He did an equally amazing job, and he was very prompt. There will be no other option for us in the future except Mrs. Chelsea and Dr. Graves! We were stunned at how kind this dentistry was to us, you’ve really raised the bar. Thank you for showing our family grace and being compassionate. Your office is one of a kind."
