"12/9/2021 I went in around 4, salesperson was with another customer. She did not greet me. Also I could not tell if she was a customer or employee. If I didn't hear conversation I wouldn't have known. She wasn't dressed appropriately. If ur an employee selling makeup you should be dressed up or have on a smock with Merle Norman embroidered on it. She had on pants & shirt like she was at home. The products the lady wanted was out of stock. When customer left this person did not speak to me for a minute still. Store was out of stock on what I needed to."

"I don’t like being mean , I have no choice here. Very disappointed with this location , I realize with the Covid pandemic there comes a lot of delays and things being on back order but I have always had problems with getting my powder Ultra Golden ,been waiting months on it I keep getting new dates every time I call then I was told to come pick up a test sample after being told they stay open to 4 told the lady I was otw from Mccoll get there at 223 and they are already closed , on top of that I have a gift certificate from the place and can’t use it at another location or money be refunded ,. So I ended up going to a new brand of makeup altogether."
