"Was mislead. Rolled up for an oil change and i was offered 2 options. The gentleman was bit hard to understand, and i wasn't paying too much attention, so I understood 1 option to be over a hundred bucks, and the other to be "synthetic" for 80-something dollars. I chose synthetic. Afterwards, i found out I had been selected for the "signature service synthetic" service, which was the $109.99 service. I mentioned the miscommunication and was given a $25 discount from my next service, which is supposed to be given to those who donate a coat for people in need. I left it at that because i didn't want to deal with escalating the situation. If you come to this location, be sure to look at the service options beforehand, and specifically ask for the cheapest option, which is 50-something bucks. It is apparent that the staff will avoid mentioning such an option. Otherwise, service is good. I got an inspection there once with no issues"

"I came in for an inspection and they immediately noticed that my back brakes needed to be replaced. I knew this was coming up and it was no surprise to me so I asked them to go ahead and do it. They did a very fast very competent job And were very pleasant as well. I came back in later to get my front left headlight replaced and to repair the mistiness in my headlights. This process worked beautifully! I have always received excellent service from this particular. Jiffy Lube and I will certainly return."
