I was dreading getting tires installed after really bad 4 hour single tire install ordeal at the walmart on newbern avenue a few years ago. Alvin wrote my install order up and was very professional and a happy person. The two ladies that were also behind the desk were very nice and friendly to deal with. This was a totally unexpected experience after my horrible experience at the newbern avenue store.
