Envy Nail Spa

"I payed for the Deluxe pedicure which was supposed to come with an extra 6 minute massage. I barely got one minute per foot. I asked for French when I first went in and then had to ask again once the lady started painting and she acted like it was an issue. I asked her to fix it a few times and kept saying sorry and saying thank you. Couldn't even get a conversation out of her. Wasn't even offered to bring the redr of the lotion that wasn't used on me home in the box. Then when I went to pay and use my apple pay it was declined at first I asked him to run it again he said it's no good. I had to asked twice before he would do my payment again. I'm very disappointed."

"Went to this place 3 times all together, however last time I went I was serviced by a guy name John who came off rude. My nails were getting dried by the LED light and out of nowhere yanked the light away from my hand. Didn't even apologize. I overall feel that the experience could have been provided with better customer service. The women in there are really nice and great. John needs a little bit more of training from the women there."

"My daughter and I love this place! It's so pretty inside, nice relaxing music at just the right volume. The ladies understood us well and was very helpful. Fast and accurate service,my daughter and I went in with pictures of what we wanted and they gave us exactly that!! It was a pricey, not what I was expecting. I hate they didn't have a price list visible. That would have been nice."

"So this first picture is an awful set I got in concord. Girl had no clue what she was doing and I didn’t want to be mean so I just paid her and made do, fixing them myself at home the best I could. When I walked into Envy there was no question about completely starting over with a new set. ALL of the nail techs came to look and try to figure out where I got them done and what she did to make them look so awful! Thick, clumpy, and awful painting. The awful set I had before was MORE than this gorgeous set I got at envy. I will never make the mistake of trying to “treat”myself while out shopping again. I’ll always come to envy from here on out. Envy fixed my ugly nails and made them beautiful again!"
