"A most unfortunate "snow" job. Even after we had explained that we were seeking a tow with our AAA membership, he had insisted & promised that he would not charge for towing. He kept the vehicle for some time and did nothing towards repair. Of course he charged for the towing. ----They were totally on the ball. Part of our driveway collapsed after Hurricane Zeta and my son's car slid sideways into a tree. We were advised by our local agent to get it towed before there could be any further movement or damage. Jeff was able to get it out with his skills & knowledge of the terrain.
