She was concerned about the amount of hair I was losing after she washed it. Encouraged me to let my medical provider know. Excellent customer service, and I will be back!"

I’ve not had great experiences with getting haircuts recently, and so I was very nervous. Felicia was very polite and friendly from the beginning, and she asked all the right questions before starting to cut my hair.
