"Absolutely fabulous job done by my brow artist today. I had a Groupon and she gladly accepted it (I haven't always had that experience using Groupons). I had only ever had my brows threaded before so I was excited to try waxing. The wax wasn't too hot and everything was over before I knew it. She anticipated my needs and got me a tissue noticing that my eyes had watered. My brows look fantastic and it was very quick. I unfortunately forgot to tip my artist so whoever worked at 4:00 p.m. on January 4th 2024, thank you! I'll be sure to give you double next time I'm in. I plan on only using this location in the future."

"I always come to Elegant Brows to get my threading done. They always do an amazing job for me. Naturally, the process hurts, but the work is very detailed and my brows always look (and feel) so wonderful at the end. To top it all off, the ambiance of the salon is very calming and relaxing. The music puts you at ease. I’ve been to this place five times and I’ve always walked away so pleased with the service. I would highly recommend this place for threading and other related needs."

"Would not recommend, I did brow treading, I wish I could say it was amazing but it unfortunately turned out uneven. I have cuts above and under one of my brows as well. I guess it depends on who you get, but will not be coming back. The lady was nice, I didn’t complain I just paid and left."

"Got my eyebrows completely butchered today. I have full eyebrows and the lady made one of my eyebrows almost disappear on the thin end. It looks ridiculous and is lopsided compared to the other eyebrow and the arch I had is gone. My family’s jaws dropped as soon as they saw me after I got them done without me even pointing it out. When I pointed it out to the lady she just looked at me and said that the sides are supposed to be thin. I’m so upset. No way I’m going back to this place ever."

"I was very happy with my waxing and the women are friendly. Saw other clients come and go who have obviously been long-time patrons. There is a super cute area for henna parties."
