"I asked for my hair to be cut short but ended up almost shaved and uneven. One “side burn” is shorter than the other and actually shaved. The whole time I was there the hair stylist was in a foul mood and rude to customers. She took a phone call and was extremely rude with the person on the phone. She even yelled that she hates to cut another lady’s hair. I will NOT be going back."

"More than 1 bad experience here with myself and then my child.Went to get a perm (was not my 1st) and the girl left the chemicals in too long and when I got home and for about 2 months after that, my hair would come out in clumps. Just a few months ago, I took my 7 y/o daughter to have her bangs trimmed, thinking they couldn't possibly screw that up. The woman, whom I'm guessing is the supervisor, would not take down my child's ponytail, even after I told her some of her bangs were pulled back in it. She said she didn't need to take it down. Well, needless to say, when we got back home and took her hair down that evening, her bangs were so crooked! I was going to take her back and tell them to fix it, but who knows what would have happened to her hair then. They don't listen to the customers, they don't cut the styles hoe people want them, and all they worry about is trying to sell you $60 hair products. I understand they make money from selling product, but they also make money by having satisfied, happy customers."
