"Alexis is the bomb dot com. I've used her twice now and both times I've loved her cuts! I cut off quite a bit of hair both times and had her add some sweeping side bangs as well. She listens and tweaks and adjusts as she goes. I was able to play with my hair and we decided together if anything else needed tweaking from there. She noticed things I didn't, and I requested small tweaks too. Already looking forward to seeing her again in a few months!"

"I had come here in the past a few years ago for styling, but haven't ever gotten a haircut. I called them extremely last minute, and they said they were able to fit me in with a lady named Karen. As soon as I walked in, I was seen immediately and sat in the chair. Karen was super sweet and was asking me many questions to be exact about what I wanted. I asked for a 90's layered look and blowout, and it was so beautiful! I love my haircut!! She trimmed my bangs perfectly and gave me such lovely layers. I haven't ever had this haircut before, so I was a little skeptical about how it would look, and she did a great job! 10/10 haircut, and excellent service. Highly recommend you ask for Karen!"

"This place is very unprofessional!!!!! Don't waste your time or money. They have no idea how to straighten curly hair. I asked the stylist to do a heavy highlight and to make me as blonde as possible along with a cut and blow dry. Also got talked into the cheaper of the two conditioning treatments they offer (witch she assured me they are exactly the same) im not sure what went wrong but i got back to the hotel i was staying at and upon further inspection i saw a lot of mistakes on top of noticing it was definitely not light enough. I called to tell them i wanted a redo and they were disrespectful and rude and said theres nothing they could do about it because my hair was already “compromised” from the bleach they had put on prior… sounds to me the conditioning treatment is worthless. They put me on the phone with multiple stylist witch were contradicting each other. They said i could come in the next day to have another girl put a mixture of bleach and shampoo but that did absolutely nothing. I started crying and the manager aka the receptionist who doesn't even do hair said the owner was coming in to talk to me. I waited there 45 mins before they said she couldnt make it in. So manager said text pictures to her cell witch i did and NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I left looking like a circus poodle. I myself had a cosmetology license for 13 years and have worked in multiple salons so I understand they want to make everything right before they give anyone a refund but guess what.. THEY DONT GIVE ANY TYPE OF REFUND! This salon is janky at best and gave me a cheugy Karen hair style ugghh"
