"My camper has been here since July. Every time I call, someone different is in charge of the RV department. Nobody can seem to tell me why my camper hasn’t been fixed, nor can they tell me how long it will be until it’s looked at. After owning the camper for two months, I took it back for warranty work. Each time I call, they tell me something different than the time before. Seems to have a very high turnover rate of employees and nobody knows exactly what is going on."

"This summer I have spent over $125,000 between getting a new boat and Jet ski. The process was smooth and easy at first. The speedometer and interior lights did not work out of the gate. Took a few times to call but they sent someone out to look at the issues. He fixed the light quickly and thought he fixed the speedometer. I took the boat out that afternoon, and the speedometer still wasn’t fixed and within two weeks the interior lights wouldn’t work again. I called back and they said they would check with the manufacturer about getting a whole new part. They never got back with me. I gave them a month because I knew it was the busy summer season, since then I have called six times and even left messages with the salesman who sold me the boat. I’m yet to get a callback from anyone in the service department. I have requested to speak to a manager twice and still have not even heard from them. So buyer beware on the service side of this company. Very poor customer service once you purchase an item from them."

"Suggest you find a more reputable repair shop. If this is the only choice you have; "Caveat Emptor" The manager fast talked about having to do $1300 of labor before they could check the fuel pump they replaced a year ago."

"Service department. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go. We were visiting from out of town and had a major issue with our small boat trailers wheel bearing. Previously living in the area, we knew exactly who to call. The service was beyond friendly and attentive. They went up and beyond to fix the issue - even running across town to get the proper parts. They were able to fix it up same day and allow us to return to our vacation. They communicated well, educated us, and fixed us up. We are so appreciative of the work they did. Would highly recommend for anything you need. They know what they are talking about and just good people"
