Walmart Supercenter

"Lazy employee at the Clayton, NC Walmart by the name of VEE made me enter the number on the tag instead of providing customer service & doing it herself. Also when I called her over she acknowledged and started walking over & then stopped to help the register next to me first & actually provided that person with customer services who had not called her over, probably because they were the same color (B) is my guess. Love the discrimination this Walmart has in its employees. When I ask her what does she do she said “her job” so I said when? Because if she was doing “her job” then she would have enter the number & not stopped to help a different customer before me and actually help that person."

"I used the car service center this time to get 1 tire that was on a rim (no car, just the tire in the trunk of another car). The service techs were so professional and helpful, so I wouldn't get dirty. I was able to drop off the tire/rim, have some lunch, return to Walmart, pop the trunk, paid, service tech loaded the new tire in the trunk, and I was gone. Service made easy."

"need more assisted checkout lanes open. I should not have to spend hours in your store and have to bag my groceries myself. more self checkouts do not help the problem. this store will no longer get my grocery dollars..."

"I spend $120 at your store. Check out at the self checkout because almost nobody is there to ring you up anymore. I then have an associate check EVERY SINGLE ITEM ON MY RECEIPT on the way out. REALLY? Now, thankfully, Damarcus' time wasn't wasted. He found that I missed ringing up my $1.35 loaf of bread. I had to go back past the line that now formed and pay, as everyone behind me in line is then allowed past him without checking. If I'm going to have every single individual item checked at the door anyways - what's the point of self checkout? I will now happily give $20 more and go to any other convenience store in existence to not be put on public display for missing scanning a $1.35 item."

"Solomon, Julio and Trenel in the Automotive Center were good Customer Reps. Great personalities and knowledgeable. I would take one star back because the oil was the wrong weight. Luckily it was the top number for ease of starting. Guys don't take customers word need to follow up on the right oil for the car.."
