"I bought 8 clearance items that were suppose to be an extra 50% off the store manager rudely told me it was already marked on the red tag when the sign clearly reads EXTRA 50% off items already marked.I called customer service and it kept telling me my hold time is more than 5 minutes until 34 minutes later it just hung up. I called back and got the same thing 17 minutes into the call. The cashier was kind and apologized for her managers attitude and by the way she was alone with a loooonnggg line while the manager and another employee stood and talked and laughed until another customer said something to them about not helping her. I've worked retail for 14 years. This was very unacceptable for customer service. Especially when the associate out does the manager. There needs to be some reevaluating done in that store. Will never go there again."
