"WOW! I can't express how incredibly impressed we are with Idlewild Family Dentistry. Every aspect of our visit was great and you can really tell the entire team loves what they do. The online scheduling is easy to navigate and clearly displays available appointments. I called to schedule appointments for my daughters and as luck would have it, they offered two appointments for the very next day. All of the new patient forms and health history questionnaire was available to complete online through the patient portal. When we showed up for our appointment we were greeted as we walked through the door. Everyone at the office was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Angela cleaned both of my daughters' teeth and they both said she was very gentle. One of my daughters saw Dr. Dhulab and my other daughter saw Dr. Sawhney and again, nothing but praise from both girls. I guess the important thing to understand in this review, is that both of my daughters saw the same dentist (in Monroe) since they were 6 months old. The dentist they saw previous to going to Idlewild was great BUT her office staff did not do her (or their patients) any favors. In fact, it was the inability to reschedule an appointment and several unanswered phone calls that prompted me to look for a new dentist. I hope this review inspires that super-nice dentist to evaluate her front-office staff and maybe do better. Idlewild Family Dentistry could serve as an example of how to run a dental practice that patients love to go to. Good Job to everyone at Idlewild Family Dentistry!
