"I wish I got all their names! A wonderful and easy experience during a very hectic day. I have to keep my dogs with me for the day so trying to get things done has my brain fried. I was concerned my dogs would be a problem while trying to get a must needed oil change. Not at jiffy lube! I was able to sit in my car while my car was worked on. The guys there were super polite and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure and they listened to me. Everything was explained in a way I could understand. The fact I was able to get in and out quickly was a blessing. My oldest dog even approved! They didn't mind her being in their faces as they did their work and even giving her love whenever they walked by. An all over great first time experience for us! Definitely will be coming back. "We end up catching a flat tire while on vacation here in Raleigh, and luckily we were 0.1 miles away from this particular jiffy lube. The pep boys beside here was kindve rude so we went with this choice and they didn’t disappoint. He said it would take awhile to get to us but instead we only waited about 10 minutes to get a spare put on and we were on our way. Thanks to the guy that helped out and I would recommend for future references"
