"What an awful experience. I had a slow leak in my front right tire. They told me that the old pair would be rotated to the front and the new pair would be on the back. HOWEVER, that was a lie. After leaving, I began hydroplaning. I tried to call three times to make an appointment for them to look at it again, but not a single person answered any of those calls. I ended up going in and they explained that the technician must have “forgotten” to rotate the old tires to the front and the new on the back. I know very little about tires, but I can still conclude that these people are incompetent and careless. One star is only because I’m just lucky I wasn’t hurt from the hydroplaning!"

"good friend of mine ordered front tires for his car and was told they were going to be there. they weren’t there that day and told him the tires would be there the next day. when he came back they said the tires were there and would install them when he went to panera. he came back from lunch to find out that not only were the tires not at the store, but were in france, a whole different region of the world. The general manager then came out and apologized and said they would put the tires on for free when they arrive in 2 weeks. he spent over $600 for the tires and were going to give him a $20 free service for 2 weeks of inconvenience. entirely unprofessional and distrustful acts from an auto service company"

"This was our go-to place for new tires for years with low prices and good service. But my last front tires wore out with only 10,000 miles on them so we expected the warranty would replace them. No. They said the tires were fine but it was my poor wheel align that wore out the rims. And they don't do alignments. Nor did they ever advise me to get an alignment. So now we use another dealer that sells tires and guarantees the alignment is true."

"Cheap prices are what brought me in but Carl's customer service is what made me want to write a review. BJ's only staffs one person in the tire center so you have to be understanding about wait times. Its not the tech's fault. Carl clearly does everything within his power to take care of everyone. This man HUSTLES in the shop, is polite and courteous, and was outstanding in his communication of when things could be completed. Work was completed, torqued correctly with a torque stick, followed by a torque wrench. 5 stars for Carl."
