"If there is a 0 Star, I will give that to this establishment. I visited the office for routine cleaning back in May. During that time I was told there are couple of mild cavity forming and filling is required for three tooth. Even though I didn't feel any pain or discomfort on those, I scheduled to an appointment for filling because the estimate was reasonable. Again the doctor did not discuss about different filling options available and since I never had filling before I also did not know about filling material and color and trusted the doctor to provide best information. The filling was completed on time but ever since I am having difficulties. The doctor spoiled the perfectly fine set of teeth. When I initially faced difficulties and called the doctor office, they mentioned we have to do bite correction. Even after three sittings of bite correction the issue was not resolved. Then the doctor was suggesting to get mouth guard which I never needed before. The tooth are spoiled so much that now I cannot eat hot or cold food. I cannot chew or bite properly. Lot of days I couldn't able to sleep because of the severe tooth pain which started after the procedure. Finally the billing, I end up paying 3 times more than what was initially quoted because the what ever procedure the have done was not completely covered by insurance. Which Ironic because the quote was provided after consulting with the insurance. It is more like I spent money to spoil my health. If you can, run away from this place. Update: 12/8 I had to update the review as the response from the owner/business is inaccurate. I have already mentioned about the three sittings for bite correction. Apart from that when the filling was suggested the material options were never discussed. Finally, I got issue corrected when I visited another dentist who removed the filling completely and re-did the filling. Now am not facing the issue. Where as Dr. Shaw don't have time to see what the issue is."
