"Up until now, I have visited this Harris Teeter store twice and I must say that I thoroughly enjoy shopping here. The staff members are incredibly friendly, and one particular employee named TY was exceptional in assisting me during check out. She even went the extra mile to provide me with a VIC savings card and took the time to explain the fuel savings points on my receipt to both me and my mother. On every visit, I am able to find all the items I require, so I am certain that I will continue to be a loyal shopper here."
"All the managers are completely useless. I have never once met a more vile and awful group of pathetic team leads. Overworking? Yes. Underpaid? Totally. Dealing with the entitled adult-babies of North Hills? All the time. It is the most unpleasant teeter store I have ever been to. The managers are genuinely the worst people to ever exist and should be ashamed of themselves by the way they conduct their awful human social experiments on their employees. All the managers should be fired. ALL. OF. THEM. I will NOT be stepping foot in this store ever again and will be telling my friends and family to instead shop at other respectable stores such as Lowes or Wegmans."
"I work right next to this location so I’m in here fairly frequently. I did some grocery shopping when I got off work and much to my disappointment the jalapeño poppers I picked up had mold on them. I returned the next day so I could receive a refund. One of the managers, Ty, was less than happy to assist me. I worked at Harris Teeter for 4 years in college (granted, this was a long time ago). So I was aware that they typically refund your money then will offer to replace the item for free or double your money back. I was in a rush so I didn’t even think about it, took my refund and went back to work. The pure attitude alone was off-putting from the manager. I’ll be extra careful the next time I shop at this location."
"This store, compared to other supermarkets, is more expensive than the others, but it is worth every dollar spent because it has products that are not found in other stores. This store is more focused on food. It doesn't sell clothes or many items that a department store does, but its food and gourmet products are extraordinary. This Harris Teeter at 120-100 St. Albans Dr Raleigh is very comfortable because its parking lot is covered, so the weather is never an impediment to go shopping there!"
