"Sad to say had a horrible experience with customer service. Just wanted a price on some lumber and was told “thanks anyway but we’re saving it for our regulars”. I’ve never seen a company not want to sell their product. Good luck buying anything from them unless you are a regular."

"My family of 5 bought a home from them. We worked with mainly Pam and Jim. It doesn’t get any better.... even when we change things very last minute. Bought and sold a handful of homes in my day. Been in the log home for a bit more than a year now and that’s why I’m leaving this review. Only good things to say. They take care of everything... even if it’s Mother Nature that screwed up something. The time in this place already created so many memories for us that my wife and I excited for our kids’ kids’s kids to one day experience the lake."
