"Staff was knowledgeable and very nice. Only problem was my contractor came to pick up the flooring and the person there could not operate the forklift (or whatever machine) to put it in his truck. Maybe they should learn. He then went back to get the flooring and they did not give him the underlayment. So he went back again. Time is money. I would go back though and do recommend them."
