"If you want to be greeted by racism coming through the door, come here. The red headed greeter/ sales associate with an accent was following my boyfriend and I around the store after she heard him speaking Spanish. Other customers were alone browsing, we were the only ones with an employee hovering over us and staying close (she didn't speak to us or offer help) while keeping a close eye on the door. I am a white woman, my boyfriend is hispanic, I have never had someone come around me like this. Michael Kors left us to shop alone, Kate Spade, and etc. I have never left a review but this was absolutely ridiculous. Sad to see a woman my age stereotype."

"Just FYI all perfumes are FINAL SALE and they will NOT tell you that they are final sale. I bought a perfume that was displayed incorrectly and there was a completely different perfume in the box that I bought. I went back in to return it and they said it was final sale even though NO WHERE IN THE STORE DOES IT SAY ITS FINAL SALE. Maurion at Concord Mills did NOT tell me it was final sale. So how was I supposed to know??????? Unfortunately for me I opened the wrapper which made it less likely to get it returned. Manager handled the whole situation poorly and gave us an attitude when all we did was politely ask for a refund and that we were not informed correctly. Clearly this location does not know how to train their employees. So now I’m out $77 bucks and grandma smelling perfume. If i could put 0 stars I would."
