"We "decided" our car's key fob "needed" a cycle through the wash. Came out clean, but.. Ordered a new one, turns out the dealer or a locksmith needs to reprogram it. One option was an hours time and about $120 or City Lock Services for $75 and 5 minutes. Friendly, fair and prompt service. This will clearly be my go to place for any lock services in the future. Highly recommend."

"I called several times to install a front lock.This business don’t work with ethics. I had to call them to ask when they are coming, I was told Mike was going to call me and he never did. So I decided to stop by to find out what is going on,. I bought the lock which I found out was overpriced. The same lock in Amazon or Lowe’s $20.00 less and on top of that I paid with a debit card and charge sales tax of 7% plus 4% to use your debit card or credit card. I’ll never use them again - bad business."
