"Actually 4.5. They need to do better after client accepts the estimate. They need to add “please call for an appointment” or something in that order. I waited a week for them to call and ended emailing 2 individuals. Otherwise the work was good."

"I asked them for help on multiple home projects. The owner came out to confer with me. He said he’d have an estimate back to me in a week. 2 weeks later I called. Nope. Should be ready next week. Same answer the next week. I finally got a ridiculous estimate, but it really wasn’t anything I had talked to him about. I sent back a message to him explaining my confusion and that I thought we needed a conversation to clarify. I never heard back from them. I have a modest house. But I also have cash for all these projects. Not sure why they just dismissed me, but I certainly don’t appreciate it."
