"I shopped at this Food Lion this morning (2/27/23) and was so pleased with the service I received from one of the Food Lion associates, Abdul, in the meat section. He noticed I was looking confused, and he approached me with an offer to help. Not meaning to be cynical, but it's not often that folks go out of their way to offer assistance anymore. He was VERY knowledgeable about the difference in the meat products, what was causing shortages with certain cuts etc.. He was kind, friendly and patient!! When I was leaving, I heard him approach another elderly customer to see if he needed assistance. I can't say enough good things about Abdul. He made me feel valued."
"It's a rather smaller foodlion but don't let the size deceive you. It has all the household necessities. Fresh produce, prepared food, drinks etc. Prices are not so bad either, and if you have the MVP card you can usually catch better deals with them. They also deliver groceries to your house."
