"This was my first & last time at the IKEA Blvd location. Walked in and no one greeted me, nor asked if I needed help-Nothing. I was the only one in the store & employees walked right past me & still never opened their mouths. I value Customer service, so I left. Management needs to address this & provide more customer service training. I’ll go back to the Independence Blvd & Eastway locations , where they have top tier service!"

"Two clowns in charge. I go in to buy something and from the start they were making smart remarks. Every customer isn’t the same! You can’t judge people from past customer interactions! The assistant manager is more of a clown and a child! And the manager does nothing but join in. Neither of them should be in charge! Ghetto dudes that don’t know how to talk to people. Trying to throw their title around like being the manager of a sneaker store is a big accomplishment! No class having jerks, if I could give a 0 I would! Horrible customer service! They thought they were standing on the corner waiting to make a sale instead of working in a business!"
