"Valerie is good at marketing herself but bad at hair in my experience. I had to pay a much more experienced stylist to fix the poor color application done by Valerie. I was told by 2 other stylists that Valerie’s work is amateur and was not applied nor processed properly. I requested a refund of some kind but was ignored by Valerie. I would suggest exploring other options for your hair coloring needs."
