"Would give zero stars if I could. Went to buy shredder lubricant sheets. The price on the shelf was posted at 13.99. At checkout they charged 15.99. Took cashier to the shelf and showed him. He said “sorry that’s not the price.” Do they rip you off like that on other purchases. No wonder the store was empty."

"I purchased an Office Depot file box on Amazon. Ironically, it came from this store. When the file box came in, it had a large crack in it making the box not very sturdy and unusable. I called the Office Depot customer service number as directed by Amazon and explained it arrived broken. They are unwilling to help me because I "didn't purchase it directly from Office Depot, but on Amazon instead". Although it was shipped from this store. Really?!?! You have lost a customer for life Office Depot...over a 17 dollar file box. Keep your 17 dollars, you must need it more than me."

"I went to the Brennan Station store in Raleigh, NC to pick up an item I ordered online. It was supposedly ready for pickup. When I got there I encountered two very disinterested employees. They couldn't find my item and I was told, after some delay, that they would need to 'charge their key' before they could unlock a cabinet and get one for me. Did I want to wait or come back? Well, neither, obviously. How long would it be? "I dunno." No apology. So I went home and about 10 minutes later got a call that I could come back and pick it up now. Still no apology for the inconvenience. I could have bought the same thing at Best Buy for the same price. Guess where I'm going next time."

"I called ahead to see if I could come in for a small print job, as my company printer was having some issues which I was told was very easy to do. I planned to do the self print with my usb drive and when I tried both machines were just spinning and spinning. I went to the desk for help and was “greeted” with a very annoyed employee that tried to tell me file was too large and if it wasn’t pdf it wouldn’t work. I told her it was pdf. She ended up having to do the print job behind the counter and huffed and puffed the entire time. I also heard the way she spoke to other customers was rude and as if she would rather be anywhere else. I understand everyone can be having a bad day but please be professional and nice at work. I’m already flustered because my office printer isnt working, this was supposed to make it easier. I’ll take my next print job to UPS."

"First time at any Office Depot and I had a good experience. The sales rep was super kind and helpful. Walk me through the whole printing process, set me up to receive emails, and made sure my printing was done correctly. Thank you for such a great service."
