"Completely do not recommend this location to anyone. The whole time we were in this stores location no one wanted to assist me nor my family. We asked multiple questions that no one knew the answer too and didn’t seem to care about finding out. Customer service was PISS POOR. and then they couldn’t even give me a receipt for a purchase over $50. Continued to tell me she would have to redo the entire transaction, while having an attitude…. Do BETTER party city."

"Very poor Customer Service. They put very little effort into finding the item that I needed. I looked online and it showed that the store had 8 available and I was confirming because I live out of town and was going to go pick one up but the Associate told me that, the item was not on the shelf. I was then told, the items were probably in a box in the back and per the Manager, Jennifer that, I would not be able to get one. Then they just flat out told me that we do not have them. I then, went online and placed an order for that same store and what do you know!? The item was there! The whole interaction was bad Customer Service and it seemed like they were just trying to get me off of the phone so that they did not have to locate the item."

"AWFUL customer service..the girl at the checkout snapped at me because her register was down and told me to go to the ballon counter, then proceeds to snap again across the store to come back to check out because she fixed her register. She completely ignores me after snapping and yells to someone 20 feet away ‘when can I eat?’ while she is checking me out."

"I went yesterday to fill this balloons with helium to gain time the birthday day and in the morning they were like this. I spent almost $20 filling thus for nothing. If there is a “time of life” for the helium balloons they should advise their clients before."
