"This is hands down the best food lion u can find in durham, cary, raleigh and apex. Very large selection of produce, clean and cozy , a lot of half priced meat and chicken. I drive 10 miles from page road although there is a food lion 500ft from my house."

"They have the friendliest staff in all the grocery stores I've been to in Cary. Southern charm and friendliness is here! Also, they recently updated their look.also, they have special parking for parents with children! If they have a posted amount and it doesn't ring right, they will Honor it. Southern charm with the old staff!"

"Employees keep trying to tell me they don’t do cash back on Apple pay when I pretty much come to this same exact store and do it EVERY WEEK. Came in the next day and tried and they had a sign saying the cash back wasn’t working. That was clearly the issue because I returned the next week and was able to get cash back from using Apple Pay. Employees should learn how to start saying “I don’t know” instead of making things up."

"Good stuff on lower price. They run sales on some products, food products should be checked twice before buying otherwise other daily usable items are great to buy on a lower price. They have fresh vegetables, fruits, plants, flowers, beverages, breads, groceries, dairy products etc. Store was clean but restrooms were dirty in the late evening."
