"Unfortunately this is not a place to choose if you’re looking for quality services. There’s probably 3 nail techs that know what they’re doing and truly listen to you as a client. if you have a vision for an nail design don’t bother because they just do what ever they want . Asked for gel was given acrylic.. Even As they were putting the acrylic on my friends nail we asked again if this was gel or acrylic and was simply ignored. To top it off this place is absolutely filthy and needs a serious face lift and cleaning . Also don’t bother making a reservation it doesn’t mean much. It’s unfortunate because besides the cleanliness there are some really kind and nice nail techs just unfortunate they’re working under these conditions."

"Very pleasant spa pedicure. Clean environment. Friendly staff. Talented detail manicurist. My fingernails are the prettiest they have ever been! I felt comfortable in this nail salon. They were also able to serve walking pretty quickly. A spa pedicure with gel polish and full acrylic (I think) with 2 nails with designs on each hand cost me approximately $110."

"Friendly and courteous staff. I went to two other places in Blue Ridge today trying to get pedicures with my two children. One location didn't even bother to greet us or say we needed to sign ourselves in. I'd never been there before so how would I know to sign in??! The second place said they had nothing available that day and when I walked in to L & T I was immediately greeted and treated as a first time guest. I was given a clear time range for my wait and my they made sure my children and I could sit together. Overall 5 stars and I'll come here forever. This was my son's first pedicure too and he loved it. Update: I'm still regularly coming to L & T for my nails and toes. As always I receive wonderful care and service from the staff. Update Update: did a new thing today and got ombre nails. I really like it."
