Harris Teeter

"I enjoy grocery shopping at Harris Teeter . Went in to the pharmacy to request a flu and RSV shot if the pharmacist was not too busy. She was busy, but I didn't get that idea from either the techs or the pharmacist. I only waited about 10 mins to get my injections. The pharmacist asked me if I had any questions, gave me handouts on the injections and said goodbye. No problems or issues ."

"4th time purchasing rotten meat or fish from them. Rotten items include fresh items purchased from seafood counter, which are manually inspected regularly, or so I thought. I have to think this is intentional at this point, simply to keep inventory moving and profits up. They also keep rotten produce on shelves. I have even purchased rotten popcorn from them, yes, it's apparently a thing! Overall, prices are gossly overmarked and the food is simply not fresh, but presents a huge public health hazard. They also allow employees to come to work noticeably sick and coughing on several instances. I hate saying all of this because most of the staff is friendly and well-intentioned. Clearly, this Harris Teeter's policies and management seem to be severely lacking in accountability."

"The staff here are friendly and attentive to the customer’s needs. I've been frequenting this location for a long time and highly recommend shopping here. Some may say the pricing is a little on the high side. Having their VIC loyalty card definitely helps to save money in store and at the gas pump."

"Very nice store. I'm a regular Harris Teeter shopper. This is one of the better stores I've been to with an excellent layout. It's a large store so there's a very good stock selection. And the meats, seafood and bakery/deli selections are typical Harris Teeter excellence. Easy to get in and out of with your car and because it's so close to Costco, you get all your grocery shopping done in one compact area."
