"Overall an okay/decent experience, Shawn was good to work with and nice. He was accommodating & answered the questions I had. I had same day repair which was nice. I would recommend getting quotes from several places before committing to Firestone and ASKING what that quote entailed. I was told a number for the whole service, but ended up being for only half of the service (front and back service) so my bill was double + additional repairs (I was thankful to be told these prices with a phone call and it was clearly stated). We ended up paying about $1000 more than initially thought + understood from our quote. Just beware on pricing!!"

"I will never recommend this place because they are not honest. Sent my teenager in with his car for break pads. The guy tells him he will look at it for $20. Then the guy calls me and tells me he needs complete front and back breaks and he can’t even put pads on them. He then says he needs break pad fluid and struts and a rear suspension. I said “NO” and had him get his car. I took it to a reputable place in Cary and all it needed was rear break pads. I can prove it. They tried to take advantage of a teenager and the guy I spoke with direct quote was “I’m done building the ticket” and that told me everything I needed to know!"

"The guys were professional, helpful, and kind. I was there because your Glen Allen VA. location did a crappy job on my brakes and needed the car assessed to get a refund. Not a happy thing. They are turning it around for me and restoring my trust in Firestone."
