"This store is so full of unboxed merchandise on almost every isle, you can barely maneuver. If you have to just grab a few things it's bad. If you have to use a shopping cart, it's a nightmare. Employees are no help either. They seem to act like you're a burden to them, when in reality they are the burden."
"I went to this location with the intention to get storage bins because we are in the process of moving. The storage bins that I had picked out had the price of 6.50. When I went to the register they rang up 9.00. I went back to check the price on the shelf just to make sure and it did indeed say 6.50. I told the lady at the register that the shelf price says 6.50 and she said well I will just take them off very rudely. No, what you should have done was gone back to check your shelf to be certain and then you should have done an override. I will gladly be shopping elsewhere from now on since you do not know how customer service is suppose to be handled."
"I'm in this store every other day and it's always cluttered. I have to move carts and boxes just to get what I'm looking for. They don't have a lot of things that Family Dollar has but the staff are always friendly."
"Store Manager should lose her job for the way she spoke to customers. Awfully Rude. I feel sorry for the associates if she would speak to a customer the way she did with a line of customers I can only imagine how she treats the associates when no one is around. The store was total cluttered with things all over the aisle way... Total accident waiting to happen. Sad for Sanford, NC we have better people needing that job."
