"Called and they said to text them my address and someone would be there in the Morning around 5:00 I messaged them and he said his guy called out. I said thanks for the heads up. His response then was he’s 1 guy doing the best he can in 12 counties. So which is it too busy to cancel or too busy with customers. That’s the last time I try to use them. Very unprofessional and I find that extremely rude."
