"First of all, I would like to support small business. I came into the store, no other customers in the store, which is maybe 2000sqft, and ask for an item. The owner was sitting behind the counter, and just pointed to the other side of the store. He couldn't be troubled to get out from behind the counter to help me find the item. After a while I found what I was looking for and checked out. When I ask a Walmart or Lowe's employee for help locating an item, they typically walk me over to where the item is located. I would expect the owner of this small business to do likewise, but that apparently was too much to ask. So much for small business customer service...."
