"Horrible management, stupid excuse for customer service. High profits, zero customer service."

"I swore I would never go back into this store from a previous bad visit. However, I was stuck and had no choice. To my surprise, I see that the same management is there from before. It is never a pleasant interaction with her. She is arrogant in the way she speaks and I cant believe this is what represents the store. While in the store, I witnessed the same behavior to other customers as well and she was talking about a young gentleman who was working at the time. Very unprofessional. Will continue to not give this location any business if I can avoid it."

"Even though the store was full of people, one of the workers found me and asked if I needed any help. And when I asked her to help me find something, she did. Is a few days before Halloween, so some of their stock is slim-pickin's, but they still had enough for me to be able to choose from. I am not a big Halloween person dash – but I will say that they had a large selection of costumes and accessories for anyone looking for that type of stuff."

"What can I say, it's Party City. They have party supplies and we found everything we needed with the exception of some Halloween decorations. However, it's still a bit early and they were still stocking those items. Otherwise, the store was clean and organized, and the service was great!"

"I’ve been at this party city location 2 times in the past week and they have been outstanding with their customer service! I had balloons filled on time and another was an online pick up. I was also surprised to see that they have gift cards for other stores for purchase. I will definitely be shopping here again as they’ve updated the store and have so much to offer!"
