"I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. The service was quick and my car was ready within an hour and a half after drop-off. My service agent was pleasant enough. My biggest issue was their complimentary car-wash and vacuuming was awful. My car looked worse at pick-up than it did at drop off. I’m thankful it was not an additional charge. I will probably bring my car back for future services but want to bring this to their attention. If you’re offering a complimentary service, then it should be done right. Otherwise, don’t offer it at all."
