"My fiancé wrecked his box truck down in NC a cpl months ago. We live in Indiana & we weren’t able to get back down to get it until last week. We ended up needing a few things taken care of in order to drive it back. Our towing company recommended Olen Hensley. When we arrived I could tell they were busy & had a full schedule already. Knowing that we needed to get back to Indiana, they immediately put us in a bay & worked on our truck. They didn’t have to make these accommodations but they did & we appreciate it!! The work was done effectively & efficiently & not overpriced! Thank you!"

"These folks are nice, the shop is clean, and it seems to be professionally managed. In my case they did not stand behind their work. I brought my Winnebago motorhome in for them to replace a rear main seal. The work was done in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. It still leaks from the same area. They said bring it back. I took it back and they verified that it was still leaking but said it may or may not be from the replaced seal. They told me to take it somewhere else they didn't want to work on it anymore. I feel like they should have at least went back in and verified that the leak was from something else and more repair is needed. I would have gladly paid for extra repairs."

"These people know what they are doing. I was in a time crunch and needed my vehicle back by a deadline. Mr. Hensley made sure to get it done on time and had to fight with Ford to get the right parts. They called me back in a timely manner when I called with questions. They were nice and professional. That's pretty much all you can ask for as far as I'm concerned."
