"Honestly, I will never bring my truck back there again after my last experience. I had an appointment for over 4 months for the recall, and the next day for Auto butler. I was told I needed to leave my car there for Monday and Tuesday and made arrangements within my schedule to do so. On Tuesday, I called in the afternoon since I had not heard if my car was ready, and was told none of the work had even been begun by Samantha, and there was a mix-up with my truck. I asked to speak with her manager as I had appointments the following day I needed to drive to. I spoke with Rich, the manager who assured me the work would be completed on Wednesday, and he would have my car delivered. Wednesday afternoon, I called again, and was told that Rich was not in the office, but that my truck was up on the lifts and being worked on. I was assured that my car would be ready and delivered to me on Thursday. When I had still not heard anything Thursday afternoon, I called again and was told that my car had not even began to be serviced. Friday morning a friend and I made the one hour drive down to the station from my home to pick up my car, because I could not get through to anyone on the phone to check on it Friday am. My car was in pieces on the lift Friday morning, and Rich was there and told me he would have it delivered to me by Friday afternoon. That is five whole days this service center kept my car, no offer for a loaner. Late Friday Rich called and said that the recall and auto Butler had been completed. When I got the car back that afternoon, the auto Butler Service looked like a 10-year-old did it. There was dirt in the cracks of my car, and marks on the seat where the treatment was not properly wiped off. I will never bring my car back to this service station, and I will let Ford know of my experience."
"Made an appointment 1 month in advance. Had to be without my car for almost 3 weeks for repairs that should have been done in 3 days. Finally get to pick up my car and it is not fixed. Service guy says they can't do anything today but I can bring it back Monday. Oh and they won't charge me for another diagnostic fee. Wow, I feel so special not having to pay for your screw up!"
"Of course I look at other reviews AFTER my own horrible experience. 2 months to schedule an appointment and then my Truck sits there for 4 days without anyone even looking at it! No loaners. They just think I can let my work truck sit there for 2 weeks. Why did I wait for 2 months for a scheduled appointment only to let it sit there for 4 days. I'm not coming back. My issue isn't worth this trouble. I'll find someone else that runs their business better than this."
"After waiting a month for an appointment I was told it would be an additional 3 to 4 weeks longer than the previous estimated time. They conveniently never have loaners. After one week of my car being there they contacted me to let me know it will be an additional 4 to 5 weeks before it'll even get looked at. If you are a one vehicle home (single parent) and will need a dependable car and service, I would consider another dealership. They promise more than they can support."
"Over 2 month wait for an apt to have someone look at the dash display package. Display not working, no way to see see speed or other information. Keeping vehicle several days after appointment date. Does not provide loaner cars. Even though sign says rentals, they say they don't rent vehicles either. Cost of rental vehicle plus missing work to see to vehicle has reached $800.00. Vehicle still not repaired. Have to return in 3 to 4 days. Issue is covered by warranty. Dealership states they can't find qualified staff to work. Watching there operation this is probley true. Issues flustered both business and customer. Not sure what the solution is."
