"I have a 2023 Chevy Express van that is leaking from the windshield. John at service first asked where we purchased the van. We did not purchase the vans here, as they couldn't/wouldn't sell any new vans to us in 2023, so we got them elsewhere. John then proceeded to tell us that they did not "have a glass operation" at their dealership, and they were unable to help us get warranty service on a faulty product on a Chevrolet vehicle. I would advise going anywhere other than here. Another dealer in town was happy to inspect the van, and if needed pay for and coordinate a replacement windshield under warranty with a third party glass company."

"The replaced my airbag quickly, and were really nice."

"Sent my car to have the alternator repaired on 4/1. JUST the alternator. Go to pick it up on 4/7 and the check engine light comes on. The tech asks if the car runs hot or ever has, I reply no. They then tell me “your cooling fan needs to be replaced and the code slipped through our computer” another $1200. Car wasn’t running hot or ever overheated til I go to crank it up. Aren’t all codes and stuff supposed to be checked before even being released to the owner?"

"My wife and I were fixing to travel to Charlotte from Asheville for a scheduled surgery for my daughter. When we got out to our Chevy SUV that morning, we noticed that the tire pressure was extremely low indicating something in the tire. We called the place that we originally got the tires from because we still had the tires under warranty, and explained to them the situation. However they informed us that they were unable to help us in any way. So I called Asheville Chevrolet since they were close to our house. I explained to them our dire situation and their service team moved mountains to get our vehicle looked at despite their full schedule. They determined that there was another tire that needed repair and that it would not be a quick fix. Management got together and allowed us to take a loaner vehicle over the weekend to Charlotte so we wouldn't miss my daughter's surgery. I'm so thankful for the staff here for being empathetic to our situation and for going above and beyond to help my family!"
