"From Texas & new to Franklin - was not sure who to go to for a haircut. Well did I ever hit the jackpot. Veronica listened to my needs and wants even if I can't look like the picture I had- ha! Instead of the standard chain store cut, she artistically cut my hair to best fit my face and head. I believe I had the best cut ever! She is an amazing stylist who so evidentially takes pride in her work. Am I fortunate to have found her, thank you Veronica!!"

"Not happy with my cut in the slightest! I went in and asked for a simple slick back and they messed it up completely. The barber asked if my hair fell to the side and I said yes but I cut it for a slick back and he completely shaved one side of my head. I went to the bath room to try to style it and it looks horrible. Stuck wearing hats until it grows back out."

"I'm actually going to give this a 3.5 Stars. I went in there with the coupon that supposedly was valid in my area however after arriving in talking to the girl behind the counter I found out that the coupon was not valid. So went from a $10 haircut to a $17 haircut. Still a pretty good value however and the young man who cut my hair did a excellent job. Just double-check your coupons if you're going in there for a haircut."
