"Updating post with my experience from awhile back: I had long, healthy hair and went to get highlights for my birthday which I have done before at other salons and it would turn out great. But this time it was damaged beyond repair. It became so frizzy and dry and I did everything at home to try to get it back to what it was for weeks but nothing worked so I ended up going to another salon to just chop it all off. The person who did my hair was very nice but everything was rushed because of some miscommunication on what she thought I actually wanted and what she ended up having to do. Then she had someone right after me so I just ended up paying for the service and leaving. Pictures: What I wanted vs what I got, and then how it looked after I attempted to fix it on my own."

"Really loved coming here even referred a few of my clients to this establishment.However my son made an appointment and waited almost a week for his appointment time and when it came time for his appointment the woman said she couldn't cut a males hairstyle and the person that was supposed to cut it had to leave for a baby shower.That was super unprofessional at the very least reschedule your clients before they show up! My daughter had an appointment as well so we stayed to let her get her hair cut. After paying $60 the hair cut was still not what she had asked for so we had to go elsewhere."

"Had my hair and my nails done young lady that cut my hair was very good listen to me very closely and the young lady that did my nails she even asked me questions on the details of how I wanted them. That was unusual compared to other places that I have been. She gave me a little tube of oil to use on my cuticles for later. I loved it!"

"Was so excited to have a same day appointment… I have platinum hair and needed my roots bleached and a toner to even out all the white. Kelly was most awesome to talk with but had apparently not been trained or very familiar with bleaching, I had bleach on my roots (two applications of bleach) for a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes! I was surprised I still have hair though my scalp this morning has burn scabs and my hair is three different colors now… roots are yellow,front is purple and the ends are a perfect shade of platinum. She apologized for the job and didn’t charge me but the whole thing is if you can’t do a process don’t tell me you can!!"
