"Great environment and really relaxing, however, I chose the Hydrating wrap with body polish that is supposed to be enhanced with hot towels, hot stones, and a soothing foot massage. It also said it included a face, neck, and shoulder massage. I did not receive any hot stones and when I mentioned it to my masseuse, she just said there must have been some miscommunication, but never tried to accommodate me. Also, the only thing that actually felt like massaging was the neck massage, everything else just felt like rubbing and I was never given a face massage which is one of the things I was looking forward to because I had never had one. Also, the hot stones are my favorite so that was very disappointing to not receive as well. The receptionist kindly offered me 10 % off which would have been fine if it was just one mistake, but this was definitely NOT worth the $90 I had to spend. Not sure if the masseuse just assumed because I was small she had to be more delicate, but Taylor is not the best option if you want a deeper massage."

"Absolutely the best massage that I have ever had! Jennifer was my therapist for a 90-minute Integrative massage and it was amazing. Her hands were immediately drawn to trouble spots and she had such a positive energy. The friend that I was with had a different masseuse and said that it was also the best she had ever had. We both felt rejuvenated. We added the sugar scrub foot treatment at the end and recommend that as well. Don’t make the trip to Asheville without trying out this spa."

"This was an awesome experience. I have had every massage done under the sun including Ashiatsu, deep tissue, Swedish you name it. Today I had the Integrative massage and the therapist Jennifer Magrosky is the best massage therapist I have ever met. Great pressure, intuitive on what is needed to relax and elongate a cranky muscle. I have two major go to male therapist at home who are awesome, but I would drive the 3.5 hours just to get work done by this woman...SHE’S THAT GOOD."

"Oh my goodness!!! As someone who owns a spa myself and who travels a lot, I have been to spas all over the world and I have to tell you this is the best experience I've ever had at another Spa. I booked a moisturizing wrap with body polish and a 60 minute massage but Jennifer was so amazing I booked another 30 minute hot stone massage to extend my time. Most of the time when I go to a spa honestly I just can't wait for the treatment to be over BC I have such high standards. This is only my third time visiting a spa, out of 20+ spas a year that I go to, that I did not want to leave. Jennifer was a bit hard to understand, soft spoken & spoke fast which caused a bit of a communication barrier BC I'm partially deaf, but the girl couldve been speaking Chinese. She didn't need to talk. Her skills spoke for themselves. If she ever wants to move to Hickory I would hire her in a heartbeat. I have been so stressed out and I don't sleep much. It's hard for me to relax but Jennifer had me so relaxed I fell asleep and when it came time to leave I was stumbling like I was drunk. That has never happened. Very pretty Spa, nice ammentities & great "extras" (which are important, such as the eye mask & hot towels, etc). The entire staff was great from beginning to end, but Jennifer was 100% on point & awesome! Go see her & tip her well!!!"

"We just loved Adelaide Spa, I had the best facial I've ever had from Molly. She was so thorough and I just loved the relaxing face and neck massage. She did a fantastic job with extractions too. My sister also had a fantastic massage with Jennifer, who was also so incredibly nice. Wish I didn't live so far, otherwise I would come back all the time!!!"
