"So, it's November 20, 2015, 8:30 am, and I just called Brindle's Auto Repair and Towing because my alternator gave out on me last night on my way home from work. I find Brindle's in the Yellow Pages this morning because they're the closest towing company. I call the number and the guys says "Hello." I respond, "How are you doing today?" I suspect he doesn't hear me, because it takes a few seconds before he says "Hello," louder this time. So, I respond, "How are you doing today," a little louder. I guess this gentleman doesn't do the small talk, because he cuts right to the chase, with an ignorant, smug, down-right hateful attitude, and says "What can I help you with?" I respond, "nothing." Then, he responds "F*%! you," and hangs up. I have nothing else to explain."
