All the people were very nice and helpful with my somewhat difficult grandmother, offered to drive her to take her rental car back once her car was repaired. Wayne was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and even when we took it back to fix minor scratches that occurred after the fact. Couldn’t recommend any place better!"

"Scratched my drivers side quarter panel on a wooden post during the ice we had last week. I was devastated. Called Collision Veterans to have them look at it. "No communication, missing parts, scratches on vehicle that weren’t there before, took a very long time to get vehicle back with no body work done just new pieces, quality of work was not good, missing fender flares and wasn’t informed about it until pick up, dent in brand new fender that they “fixed” customer service not good. People in front of me picking up also were not pleased and complaining also."
