"I have included before, after and After! Lol. My first experience finding a new stylist after having one for over 20 years was extremely unsettling and very frustrating. I wasn’t sure if she ruined my hair. I was sure I did not get what I wanted or paid for. Fast forward, I met Dani of Shear Shack, I experienced Danielle of Shear Shack and I finally found Brandi of Shear Shack! These 3 women and Christina, the owner, rallied around me and my situation! They came together and not only gave me what I was looking for ( a spiral perm on 50+ blonde hair) but a new wonderful place and an amazing new stylist! Thank you Brandi! Thank you all! "Had a 2:00 appointment. Showed up 5 min early. Waited until 2:10 with 0 acknowledgment from a room full of stylists. Asked the lady at the register if there was anyone available for a 2:00 appointment. She said “no doesn’t look like we do sorry.” Absolutely the smuggest and rudest service I’ve ever experienced and wasn’t even able to get it. I was asked upon arriving if I had an appointment and I confirmed. Then I was told to sit and wait. Everyone kept looking at me like they didn’t want to help me. The response to the initial review was incorrect. It was a RUDE atmosphere and there should not have been a misunderstanding-poor customer service plain and simple, no matter what the other reviews say. Why would you be treated any differently If you were a walk-in anyway, no one knows that you prefer to have people make appointments. I had an appointment was still treated poorly. But yes, in fact, my stylist called me and said that it was a misunderstanding and I was offered a complementary haircut the next time I wanted to schedule an appointment."

"Had the BEST stylist, Rennie. She did not judge me for trying to cut my own bangs (I know I know) AND she fixed what I had started. Easy to talk to, and the salon is really cute, clean and a god location. 10 out of 10 recommend this sweet shop with salon vibes and really good prices. Go see Rennie Jean, she’s the best."
