"Horrible! Dirty place, everything is caked in dust, the manicurist's hands were grungy too! Overall rude staff, except the daughter she was nice. After nail oil and lotion was applied, they made you go wash it all off your hands and scrub your nails. Umm, that's a dumb order of operations and I've never had to scrub my own nails when I pay for a manicure! And when it was all done (they make you pay before they finish), there was paint along my cuticles and sides of my fingers and the sides of my nails on several of them were totally bare, no paint. After they dried in their fan (it didnt fully dry them) by the time I got home 6 of my fingers were messed up and I literally had to remove the paint and redo them myself. It was a terrible experience and a giant waste of money! This was for my birthday and I got garbage. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"Love this place! It is owned by the sweetest family! Tham does my nails and always does a great job. She is a perfectionist and pays a lot of attention to detail. Any time family or friends come into town this is where I take them. I would trust anyone there to work on my nails. Can’t recommend Pro Nails enough."
