"Hi, this John did purchase a idem that I was trying to return and the people that work in this store has the worst customer service, told me I can't not return the product because I don have the receipt and the is no other way to look it up, and after that they were trying to give me $15.00 when I paid full price $30.00 plus tax. Ben a customer for many years, you just lost a customer and many more."

"Always love this store. During the holidays is a little dangerous to visit. I mean that literally. They packed the store so much that people where knocking stuff over and I witnessed as an item fell on top of a lady that was shopping. Getting a shopping cart was definitely out of the question since there was barely space to walk through. I would love for this store to be bigger but that’s more than likely not going to happen. It has great variety of items. You can find decorations, cooking items, furniture, and more."

"Typical with other HomeGoods store, the quality is very good while the price is excellent. The space is pretty cramped, corridors are smaller, its pretty hard to navigate, and at times it may looks chaotic and untidy. But overall, it is still an excellent place to shop in Charlotte. Lots of toys, rugs, pillows, kitchen utensils, decorations, paintings, and so on. All with very reasonable pricing. The staff is helpful and they work quite efficiently in clearing the lines."
