Reviews
"Amazing store. Very polite and professional people. Pleasant and accommodating."
"Williams-Sonoma is known for its exceptional quality products. Unfortunately for me, the products also come with an exceptionally high price tag. Great for chefs and food professionals but a bit too pricey for home cooks."
"Received a partial order after waiting forever for a West Elm Bookshelf. The customer service is the worst you can ever meet. They will reroute you to everyone without helping. Worst customer experience from an expensive brand."
"Do not shop at Williams Sonoma! I ordered a set of plates as a gift. They sent a partial order 3 months later and ive been waiting a year for them to ship the dinner plates to the recipient. I called to cancel because clearly they dont plan to fill the order in a decent time and they keep changing the new estimated delivery dat. They want me to return the plates in order to cancel or wait for the backordered plates (that are never coming!). Firstly, this was a gifted set. The company was supposed to ship the full set as is there policy. Secondly, they do not accept used plates because of course the person who received the gift likely started using them right away. Lastly, this was a ploy to make sure they hold on to the order until they could fill it. But why does is take a year to make dinner plates! And there customer service team is rude and unhelpful. No wonder this company is going out of business. Zero stars. Please save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else."
"Surprised how much they had in stock, especially before Christmas. Higher end kitchen retail shop with a little bit of everything."
