"I have never written a complaint before to any business, but I am extremely disappointed with my purchases from the Lincolnton location. I spent $120 on 2 pair of med couture pants and 3 med couture shirts a little over a week ago. The shirts are fine (as of right now), but the pants are terrible. One pair I bought I didn’t even get to wear them one day without noticing they have two random holes in them and the second pair the waist band is unraveling. This is been such a waste of money and I will never step foot back into that store. I called to tell them about the pants with the random holes that look like scissors cut them and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. I have never had an issue with med couture before and have worn this brand for years without them falling apart. Absolutely ridiculous. I was willing to get over one pair being faulty, but both?? Unacceptable."

"I am starting a new job that requires scrubs which I’ve never worn before so I had no clue about size, brand, nothing but the associates were very friendly & helpful. One in particular but I didn’t catch her name pretty much help me from start to finish even while tryin my items on giving feedback etc . This was a wonderful experience & a very easy process with the help & knowledge of the staff. I will definitely be a return customer. I would give more stars if I could."

"I visited this store on 12-21-2020 and the woman working that day was extremely rude. She asked if I had a mask and I said no and thank you. My daughter and I were there a short time as we knew what we were looking for and took our purchase to the register which this same woman refused to come check us out. Mind you, she had her mask under her chin as we entered the store and the postman was there with no mask on as well as a man in the stockroom with no mask on. She can request us to wear a mask. It is NOT a law and we can decline to wear one. She was rude and hateful to a paying customer and we will not purchase from this business again. I would not recommend buying from this store."

"I haven't been in the store since the second week they opened. Store is in a good location for in and out if you use the Buffalo Shoals Rd entry. Prices are a little higher than most scrub and uniform retailers. Introduced my sister an "RN" to the location, she told me she will continue to use Deb's because if their prices."
